Will a jet washer wreck my pointing or sandstone?
We match the pressure to the surface. Block paving and tarmac take a hard jet. Sandstone, render, painted walls and timber get a controlled wash so the face of the stone — or the grain — stays put.
Do I need to be in?
Not if we can get to the surface and a tap. Leave the gate on the latch — we’ll text when we’re done.
What about the mess?
We contain the runoff, rinse hard edges, and take the waste water off the house walls. You shouldn’t be sweeping grit afterwards.
Can you get all graffiti off?
Most household tags on brick and render, yes. Deep-set paint on porous stone sometimes needs a second pass. We’ll say so before we start.
